ADMISSION COMPETITION TO UNIVERSITY DOCTORAL STUDIES FOR THE UNIVERSITY YEAR 2021 – 2022
SESSION IV (October 2021)
Doctoral registrations are carried out on the UPB admissions platform: www.admitere.pub.ro
Last day for registration: 29.10.2021
Number of budgeted places allocated to the doctoral school: 10 places, WITHOUT SCHOLARSHIP.
General information
The amount of the registration fee for the doctoral admission contest is 200 lei. Payment of the registration fee is made through the means of payment available on the admission platform or in the accounts.
The proof of payment of the registration fee is uploaded on the platform in the section: proof of registration fee payment.
The competition (IV session) will take place online, on the MSTeams platform, on 29.10.2021. Additional information (colloquium time, login details on the MSTeams platform) will be sent to the candidates after their registrations have been validated.
Candidates will connect half an hour before the time of the interview, to the channel intended for the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, with the e-mail addresses provided in the personal data section, in the registration platform. These invitations will be sent to each candidate after the end of the registration period.

Registration period: 20-26.09.2021
General information
The amount for the registration fee for the doctoral admission contest is 200 lei. Payment of the registration fee is made through the means of payment available on the admission platform or in the accounts.
The proof of payment of the registration fee is uploaded on the platform in the section: proof of registration fee payment.
The competition (3rd session) will take place online, on the MSTeams platform, on Monday, September 27, 2021, starting at 9:00 a.m.
Candidates will connect, at 8:30 a.m., to the channel intended to support the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, with the e-mail addresses provided in the personal data section, in the registration platform. These invitations will be sent to each candidate after the end of the registration period.

The competition for the doctorate (second session) will take place online, on the MSTeams platform, on Friday, September 17, 2021, starting at 9:00 a.m.
Candidates will connect, at 8:30 a.m., to the channel intended for the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, with the e-mail addresses provided on the application form (Appendix 2).
These invitations will be sent after the end of the registration period, during Thursday – September 16, until 12.00.
Important: On Thursday, September 16, at 12:00, there will be a verification of the connection of the candidates on the MSTeams platform.

SESSION I (June-July 2021)
Number of available positions for the first admission session: 32 positions (*)
The competition for doctoral admission (session I) will take place online, on the MS Teams platform, on Friday, 9th July, 2021, starting with 9.00 o’clock.
Candidates will connect to the channel for the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, to the e-mail addresses provided on the occasion of completing the application (Annex 2).
These invitations will be sent after the end of the registration period, during Wednesday, 7th of July, until 12.00 o’clock.
Important: on Thursday, 8th of July, at 13.00 o’clock, the connection of the candidates will be verified on the MS Teams platform.

(*) Half of the available positions will be with scholarship after the two admission session has ended.

General Information
The value of the registration fee for the doctoral admission contest is 200 lei. For the candidates registered in the June-July 2021 session, the fee is 150 lei except for the candidates who have graduated a master’s program in UPB for which the fee is 100 lei.
