THE COMPETITION FOR ADMISSION TO DOCTORAL STUDIES FOR THE UNIVERSITY YEAR 2020 – 2021
SESSION II (September 2020)
Number of available positions for the second session: 22 positions
The competition test for doctoral admission (second session) will take place online, on the MS Teams platform, on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, starting with 9.00.
Candidates will connect to the channel for the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, to the e-mail addresses provided on the occasion of completing the application (Annex 2).
These invitations will be sent after the end of the registration period, during the day Monday – September 14, until 12.00.
Important:on Monday, September 14, at 13.00, the candidates’ connection will be verified on the MS Teams platform.
SESSION I (June-July 2020)
The competition for doctoral admission (session I) will take place online, on the MS Teams platform, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, starting with 9.00.
Candidates will connect to the channel for the interview, based on the invitations sent by the Doctoral School, to the e-mail addresses provided on the occasion of completing the application (Annex 2).
These invitations will be sent after the end of the registration period, during Tuesday – July 7, until 12.00.
Important: on Tuesday, July 7, at 13.00, the connection of the candidates will be verified on the MS Teams platform.

General Information
- LIST OF THE NUMBER OF BUDGET PLACES DISTRIBUTED BY DOCTORAL SCHOOLS FOR 2020 ADMISSION
- The value of the registration fee for the doctoral admission contest is 200 lei. For the candidates registered in the June-July 2020 session, the fee is 150 lei except for the candidates who have graduated a master’s program in UPB for which the fee is 100 lei.
- Payment will be made to the accounts.
